i've been following bro split sam sulek type training for my entire 1 year at the gym where i was bulking heavy. im finally cutting down and want to know if its retarded to keep doing it since its so physically draining. i try to get 10k steps every day + 20-30 minutes of running. im 15 yrs old 5'11 192lbs at the moment
 
no, you shouldn't purposely lower your intensity. its okay if it happens naturally from reduced energy, that's expected. but don't purposely cut back
