I’m done with softmaxxes to reduce stress, they aren’t actually helping.
I need something stronger that will actually make me less anxious and stressed for school, work etc. not some drug that will make me numb but still focused. (You can’t come to work and school unfocused obviously)

Propranolol for reducing heartbeat and adrenaline is what I take

I took 200mg modafinil 20mg propranolol for an exam and I was calm as shit

Its for performance anxiety though, not sure about overall anxiety

Is the stress from school workload, social anxiety, general anxiety, or some other combination? Stress (cortisol) itself is a response and not a cause. Anxiety hardmaxes depend on what kind of anxiety you have and how bad it is.

What softmaxes have you tried specifically?

How long did you take it and at what dosages?

2 months and a half i was taking the recommended dosage 2 capsules per day
Damn, that's a pretty rare side. Have you tried other adaptogens like rhodiola?

how does moda help you?
I stop thinking of random bullshit and just focusing on completing the task which also theoretically prevents you from stressing a lot since you only think of the task ur working on right now which is the result of enhanced dopamine receptors sensitivity
