Why it works: Women from third world countries do not possess the skills nor have the desire to steal jobs traditionally worked by men, unlike men from those same countries.

Women are much less likely to engage in subhuman behaviour like rape or theft.

Women are much easier to integrate into society since they don't really have brains of their own...they are also not as ideological as men and would be more willing to change their beliefs through simple propaganda.

Young women are fertile and could easily be married off to incels solving both problems at once: increasing birthrates and reducing the number of lonely men. Ethnic women also tend to worship white men/have lower standards and would be much more willing to mate with otherwise subhuman white men.

maybe just let the population decline for now. lower numbers aren't even necessarily bad for the average working class person. that should come with a culture shift that will eventually swing the pendulum the other way again, anyway.
