When it comes to speak, it's so hard to put my brain on english mode. Often stutter and forget my vocabulary. Who else has the same issue ?

I'm taking a C2 proficiency speaking test next month (CPE).
Cambridge exams are usually a pretty good indication of your current level of English.
As for speaking, just try to exposure yourself to authentic material for listening as often as possible, it should improve your proficiency in the long run.
Total immersion is probably the best overall method to improve, but it's hard to find an environment that operates solely in the target language.
