My OLD results have been subpar, it is evident that I need surgery. I'd like some people to talk about it with though.

I will be living in the US unfortunately.
 
If you are asian + flatfaced you definetly will need alot of surgery and well planned. You probably already know. Didn't really see much results/ascencions of asians on this forum.
