Any food recommendations I should add to my daily diet?

rn I only eat this
-vegtables
-fruits (bananas apples mandarin
- avoacado
- potato and sweet ptoato
Steak
-turkey mince
-beef mince
Eggs
Raw milk
Wholemeal sourdough
Chicken breast

Chicken breast
Most vegetables are highly inflammatory, should remove those. Chicken breast is useless, unless eaten raw…and still it has no fat. Turkey is shit…all birds are shit bc high pufa, sweet potatoe is high in carotenoids which is hard on the liver, rest is pretty good

No need to add in anything. A person should eat maximum of 10 things.

Add goyslop more soy and a lot more vegetables, there’s many benefits to vegetables as well as soy

Yes I forgot to add my 4k calorie cheat day where I ate a chocolate chip pizza cookie with brownies and ice cream and choc sauce 💔

biltong is good i make it at home just air dried beef seasoned with vinegar and spices
