I already saw one on botb but i didnt like it
 
yeah dood last week I saw the cure for my balls cancer but didnt like it either

life's hard when you have even just minimal standards...
 
fbhf, ppl are good places to start, dorain has a REALLY good video on his routine in the gym on yt
