i have a normal tilt like 2° positive but cuz of my bad under eye support my eyes looks negative tilted

Not as extreme as this example, but is your eyelid turned outwards?

yea theres a lack of support, which is why the sclera on the lower part of ur eye is visible

You cannot fix this without surgeries or filler/bleph

not even at young age? i have medium-high set zygos but they didnt developed well
