I once had mine tested after I had been awake for 30+ hours and the doctor called me alarmed because it was only 124ng/dL, but I told him I had been awake for well over a day. He then got me tested again right after I woke up and it was 615ng/dL. Still not ideal though. Just remember NEVER get your T tested on no sleep.
