all framemaxxing threads I can find are about clavicles and scapula but I have yet to find one for hipcels.
muh much obliques no my hips are like only 6 inches narrower than my clavs

was thinking of wrapping strings tightly around my hips for the whole day the same idea as a palate pusher but opposite in hopes of shrinking them. then taking them off while lifting and for a few hours after compound lifts because of the increase in osteoblasts for 45 mins after lifts

i doubt that would do anything. also if you do try this, keep them on while osteoblasts are present so the pelvic bone doesnt “unfold” and grow back as it was if that makes any sense

Why would anybody want smaller hips? You know gymcels actively train to make their hips bigger, by utilizing exercises like squats and deadlifts.

Gymcels focus is to make the upper body and lower body (hips) as big as possible while keeping the waist as thin as possible. They call it the “Y-taper”.
