Any Italians here know why Italian women are so incompetent?

I'm Lithuanian. But I've spent a lot of time living in Italy.

Honestly I don't care about Italian women as I have Lithuanian girlfriend. But something is so wrong with Italian women.

My girlfriend's Italian friends seem to be clueless about relationships. They say that online dating is shameful, they don't go on dates.
These women tell stories how they act when some Italian men approach them, they act clueless like they don't understand what's happening.
When I ask these Italianas some questions about men they seem to zone out like they have no idea about anything around this topic..

When most Lithuanian women know what they want, they know how to act, get married early and have children. They seem 10x smarter than Italian women.

Normies on forums say that it's because Italian men are chovinist or it's bad economy. But there must be something else.

Honestly I think that Italy used to have the strongest arranged or partially arranged marriages (a lot of cousin marriages), and when western world moved away from arranged marriages Italianas suffered most because Italian women never build generational skills to find relationships.

It's because of arranged marriages. Italy was the one with highest cousin marriages and then stopped doing arranged marriages it all went to shit.
