only doctors are allowed to give dose amounts of that stuff when they deem it necessary I dont even think its prescription

Nothing legal works. The stuff that works that is legal is either controlled or prescribed and not directly used for anxiety, but still lowers it. The ones I've used are zopiclone/zolpidem (used for insomnia) and propranolol (used for high blood pressure)
