I'm curious whether I could just go to the Doc' and tell him I want HGH and I may get it, or if it's like test and you should've lifted for a year or so already to maximize your natural release.

Age? Skip the doc and order it online. Get blood panels regularly. Train efficiently, eat healthily and you should be good for the most part.

I'm 16. I don't have any history in working out.

Blood panels regularly, what do I tell the doc/my parents then? Also that just costs hella money besides the cost of even ordering HGH online.
