I hate how narrow my lips are it fucks my harmony so bad, wide lips are the second most important facial feature after the eye area, the worst part is there is nothing you can do to fix it, lip widening surgery leaves scars, palate expander doesnt do shit its over

I have thin lips, so I've been tonguemaxxing for about 2 weeks now since I first tried it out.

Basically, I keep a my tongue between my front teeth at all times. Does three things: fuller lips, hollow cheeks (without sucking ngl), and better midface.

inb4 it's as bad as mouth breathing

No. My mandible is only positioned roughly 1cm down compared to its position when I'm clenching teeth. Also my mouth is never open. Tbh works well because I have a good chin projection.

just apply tool expander few hours per day that's all
