my advice as a skincare-"expert": 95% of products are a scam. In the sense that they don't deliver what they promise.

Just get yourself a sunscreen that you're willing to wear every single day and a gentle cleanser to wash the sunscreen off.

I recommend the Australian Gold Botanical Sunscreen btw. It's really matte and gives you a light tan.

Lol 95%? nah. Diet and genetics go a long way but even with that you can only go so far depending on the person (edit: nvm I can't read I'm retarded)

i don’t see the point in going through the effort to block the minimal uv i am getting here in the uk

I’ve seen plenty of positive reviews about this particular sunscreen. From my personal experience, another excellent choice is the "Anthelios Invisible Fluid Facial Sunscreen"

Despite being minimal, over the years the photodamage may accumulate.

It's not really an effort anyways, takes me like 1 minute to apply sunscreen.

helps with acne scars too though

also the "gay glow" is just a fuck ton of moisturizers with perfect skin, if your skin is really good with 0 moisturizers it will just look like normal skin

Sure, but the benefits far outweigh the minimal effort required to apply the necessary products each morning and night.
