You're not at 13% body fat... sorry. Even weak zygos show at 13%. Im at 18% body fat and my cheeks are near hollow. you also have more lateral expansion on one side of your face. Stop sleeping on it and look into ways to fix that.

I have no zygo mass or projection to begin with, speaking from experience when I got to 8% bf last summer my face got considerablely leaner, jawline got much more defined, my point being that when you reach single digit bf your face will lean out despite you having shitty bone mass or widith

Filler should suit you nicely if you dont mind paying for touch ups. Otherwise jaw implants but that's just the cherry on top.

If you wanna ascend further.
You need fillers, to increase cheeckbone appearance. And to improve jawline.
