yo im 16 and a kickboxing athlete, tryna optimize looks n performance both auahaha

i alrd take, omega 3, d3+k2, magnesium, creatine, zinc.

I was thinking about getting l-theanin aswell but im not sure if its worth it and are there any other supps which would be useful?

A good diet, thats mostly what you Need.
Liver has It all, eat fish, oysters,
The only supplement id advise Is magnesium as its hard to hit.
