Old user here, haven't been too active for the past 3, or even 5 years.

Felt like I got most of the knowledge I needed a while back and just focused on grinding since then.

Curious — have there been any major updates in the last years? New types of surgery, products, tools? Anything that got easier or cheaper?

I did notice looksmaxxing blowing up lately, especially on TikTok, but most of what I saw was just memes or stuff we already figured out 10 years ago.

Not anymore, OP read this thread of mine for reference.

I'll keep on destroying any Roidcopers objectively. Roiding is a tool for increasing muscle mass, it won't work in growing fucking bones.

You can get cosmetic OBOs and Lefort 2s in Turkey now.
There are now bimax titanium plates which include a built in jaw implant.
Clavicle distraction osteogenesis is becoming more widely performed.
Tazarotene has displaced tretinoin as anti aging preferred skincare retinoid.
Surgery has become considerably more expensive due to demand.

And in the teenager space they are hitting their faces with hammers to try and grow bones.

That's big news, about to research that, these surgeries are potential improvements for me but I'm afraid they will still be too risky for me.

Pretty good — I'm doing fairly well with women now, even though I didn’t do much of the typical looksmaxxing. Having good game, status (online and IRL), interesting hobbies is actually important too. EverythingTheory is real.

Understanding the harmony/looks theory was really helpful — it allowed me to choose better-suited hairstyles, facial hair, accessories, and even tattoos.
I had otoplasty, which was definitely needed.
Bodybuilding (with some help from SARMs) did its thing.
Great photos with a little frauding also helped my online game a lot.
I tried other supplements/products with mixed results — most of them honestly aren’t worth your time.
Also, I feel like aging from 18 to 25 is a looksmax in itself. Not to mention you have more money, more knowledge — everything improves. A lot of you younger guys just need to be patient. I get it, though, it's hard and frustrating when you're horny as hell but can’t really compete yet.

So I actually didn’t do that much and had to focus on other things: moving out, education/career, hobbies, and inner game. But I still absolutely believe in looksmaxxing — looks are probably the most important factor. Now that other areas of my life are going well, I'm about to looksmax further -
I’m planning to get jaw implants and rhinoplasty soon. That should clearly elevate me and allow me to hit my peak value. After that, we’ll see — probably there won’t be any major issues left to fix, and it’ll make more sense to focus on other areas again.

sounds pretty good, You accepted the blackpill but didnt rot like a lot of people here. How much would you say the otoplasty helped, becasue I hage pretty outward ears and dont think it affects how I look mostly, I have longer hair so it covers it up pretty good.

How was your sarm cycle and stuff. Rhino is a pretty high return procedure, because nose is like one of the only things normies can comment on looking and have knowledge on.

Jaw implants would be great as well.

I definitely agree with you about everythingtheory. The freedom and opportunity you get from 18 to 25 is staggering, especially when compared to aging from something like 15 to 25. Moneymaxxing is law

Yeah, I feel like most people won’t be rotting here for years, lol. Even if you don’t ascend, there’s not that much to discuss once you understand and accept this stuff so you know what you can try to improve now, or in the future. I doubt there are many posters left from the old PSL forums or Looksmax.net

Otoplasty, like everything else, depends on the person. If it’s not a clear issue, it’s probably not worth doing. But when it is obvious, I think it’s necessary, it’s such a noticeable flaw, and it’s one of the cheapest surgeries out there.

I think I’m a pretty good candidate overall (for a male). I just need to remove the bump and shorten it a bit. But yeah, it’s still a noticeable and somewhat risky surgery, which is why I’m thinking of doing jaw implants first.

I did about 3 LGD cycles at low dosages (5mg). It definitely made a big difference, but came with temporary side effects — especially the last one (even though it was literally from the same bottle). I'll try to do one more cycle at even smaller dosage (3mg) cause I still have some left.
