the only non surgical methods i've seen here are nose massages which can supposedly lift and smooth the nose depending on which you do but i imagine they're annoying as fuck to do and take ages to see results. could be worth a try though IMO if you have some free time

It worked for me I didn't have big ethnic nose just bulbous tip and made it smaller it took 1 year tho just get rhino nigga
