Any of you boyos had experience with MyVitamins Potassium supplement?

I've was taking 9 pills of it to add an additional 1,000 mg of potassium to my diet however everytime I take it I get a terrible stomach, should I be taking the pills slowly throughout the day, or are the pills just mad idk?

Anyone had experience with em?

I think the concentration not the source that's causing your stomach-ache (You're taking too much in one go). I recommend that you space out your dosage and if it still causes stomach problems switch your supplier.
