you're only really gonna feel a difference if you are hypo or have any hashimotos.
the sweet spot for me was when i took 15 mcg of t3 and 60 of t4 daily

if you only want it for muscle growth it's not the best out there. really only worth it if you have symptoms of hypo like low body temp, poor sleep and/or fatigue

what about as a synergistic accelerant? Ex. Test base for muscle then t+3 for speed

can definitely work but remember to stuff your face with carbs and spread t3 doses evenly throughout the day (just to optimize results, does not matter that much) so instead of 15mcg one time per day do 3 times 5 mcg or something similar. gl
