Because depsite forward grown maxilla i have a narrow palate, and slightly off mandible, its angle is good but its missing 7 mm of forward projection. So i get my shit fixed and ascend

I've been using Retin-A every night since July 2018 and it hasn't done anything for my nasolabial folds. Then again I'm probably too old to get any benefit from using Retin-A at this point
