So basically i've been considering aromatase inhibitors, specifically letrozole or exemestane for possibly gaining atleast >=3 inches, currently 5'6" (168cm) at 15, I am not a late bloomer.

Zegarra W, Ranadive S, Toulan D, Neely EK. Anastrozole vs Letrozole to Augment Height in Pubertal Males With Idiopathic Short Stature: A 3-Year Randomized Trial. J Endocr Soc.
The conclusion stated "Letrozole caused greater deviations than anastrozole in hormone levels, growth velocity, and BA advancement, but no group differences in PAH or side effects were found. Change in PAH after 2 to 3 years of treatment was minimal. The efficacy of AI as monotherapy for height augmentation in pubertal boys with idiopathic short stature may be limited, and safety remains an issue."

Are use of aromatase inhibitors cope or should i try?

Why tf would you use letrozole

yeah bro, that study’s the main one people quote, and it pretty much shows what most endocrinologists already knew: AIs (like letro or anastrozole) can tweak hormone ratios temporarily, but they don’t actually give major height boosts unless your plates are still wide open and you’re on the earlier side of puberty. the whole "3+ inches" thing is overblown. What happens in reality is maybe 1-2 cm extra predicted height on average, and that’s with monitored dosing + labs every few months. the risks (bone density loss, lipid changes, hormonal imbalance) are way heavier than people realize, especially if you DIY it. letro is nuclear-tier and crashes E2 completely (you’ll feel like shit, dry joints, low libido, mood tanked). anastrozole is milder but still risky solo. exemestane is the least harsh, but even then, you’re basically messing with your endocrine system mid-development.
