Any other Creme than tretinoin?

I am using tretinoin 0.025% for my pigments.
My question was, if is there is something better?

I can’t buy something from dermacarehub, because I live in europe.
But I had clear skin with 14.
Then with the end of 14 and the beginning of 15 I got very strong acne and got up to 30mg accutane a day prescribed.
My skin i now a bit better, but I wanna still optimize it.
