Any other white dudes look like complete shit in anytime fitness lighting at night?(I think it’s fluorecense light)

The lighting in the gym makes me literally look pale as fuck

Here is a vid of the lighting as you can see they all look like shit in it. It’s some random anytime fitness but they all have the same big ass bright white lights.

The lighting removes all definition in me and makes me look ghostly pale. Like wtf



I think this is every anytime fitness too. Just wtf

Even lightskin dudes look ghostly pale in this gym

Wtf is doing this? I can’t be the only one noticing this

It’s not just anytime fitness lighting, it’s any place that has those bright white lights like wallmart etc

yeah the older you are the worse these lights hit you. unless you have never had a single pimple and have elite colouring like carotened med, stay away from this lights
 
None of these people are particularly lean. It's more a case of 15%+ bf people needing perfect downlighting to look good and they get a reality check without it.

These lights literally make anyone look pale asf and removes all color from ur skin

Like everyone looks sickly white

yeah you can't do anything besides tanmaxxing, something that I don't recommend to overdo

I look so much better when I have healthy (maybe even supraphysiological) blood circulation to my face. Just did a great Pull Workout at the Gym and took 5 mg Cialis beforehand and my face looked great in the mirror

I also take 240 mg Gingko biloba a day and that also seems to help with this. Carrot cream is good too, preferable to eating a shitload of carotin imo

On the other hand, low blood sugar/fasting makes me look like a ghost

Shit thread jerry. Gym is cope anyways. Next time you go to muh gym look at the people and ask yourself, do they slay? And for the few that do, they would most likely still be successful without it
The clothes you wear in that pic don’t fit you well at all. They make you look like a midget with wide ass hips

for how long does your face get post workout benefits? mine goes away in like an hour. i think cardio helps more than weight lifting in this regard

Bro I think this is why I’m lookin like a ghost too. I always lift fasted around the 18th hour mark and although jaw looks better and less bloat my skin looks ghostly. Whenever I eat before lifting I def have way more color

Any things u can do to not look ghostly but still fast? Maybe beta carotene? Or is it a low insulin issue from the fasting

I think this is due to lower blood glucose which leads to increased adrenaline levels which in turn cause decreased bloodflow to the extremities.

Beta Carotine isn’t enough to cover up you getting very pale ime. Tanning could help, as could Cialis

Do you fast for weight loss? If so, maybe just stick it out until you reached your goal

Cialis helps in this regard even without working out. But anything that elevates body temperature should be further increasing the effect.
