Any point in going above 1gram of protein per pound of bw

Cutting and already pretty lean I usually aim for 1gram per pound of body weight but the other day I ate like 50 grams of protein more without adding much calories and felt stronger the next day

no. past 0.8-1 g per lb there's no benefits.

do u take creatine tho? would reccomend
 
Typically shoot for 2200 or so calories and 200 grams of orotein that day I had 2500 cals and 250 grams of protein
That is pretty much ideal, and backed up by research.
Could be anywhere from 150-300 grams depending on your bodyweight

Take a half dose since I’m already norwooding you sure it doesn’t help to do more protein
i swear creatine doesnt cause hair loss its debunked. but take fin and min

and nah bro it wont help, u must be thinking an insane amount of protein = PEDs, when sadly thats not true i wish tho
