Idk like i was thinking of double jaw surgery bc i can't get implants idk or double jaw surgery to help my breathing and stuff and reccesed ass maxilla and maybe fat grafting under or above eye

surgery would help a lot, you would look a lot nicer with a better lower third

Ik cheekbones implants would help too but idont even care anymore i just wish I never had ro experience what I went through and just had a normal fucking life like everybody else

its the mandible and ramus, i dont know if the photos are compressed but your maxilla doesnt look like much of a failo idk who told you this

Anyways right now I have a reccesed mandible i have a slight overbite idk what to do bc my fucking ortho won't help he said it'll grow because I'm still 16 and I turned 16 like 2 months ago

Fix your recession first with bimax before anything else and for grafting I think a canthoplasty first is more important

Yea I know but i can't get anything bc of my religion like I can try to get bi max since it helps my functionality and im already getting a septo plasty soon my deviated septum is horrible and worsens my asymmetry by a lot

helps with knowing which doctors to see you don't just go to Dr Blackpill and have them draft a full plan

I dont even know like I prob have to larp a lot since its juts a slight overbite i dont think they'll do mcuh and I do have a slight gummy smile aswell some downward growth

Im never gonna find anyone to do that surgery for me and idk I thought I could do what romulus did and his eye spacing is a little wide I thought I could just make my cheekbones more prominent by either implants or I could try bonesmashimg idk I wanna try it on my jaw, cheekbones

Ik my ipd is like 51 or 50 or even 52 I could help by getting more prmient cheekbones ik it won't get it ideal but like idk botch rate for that is pretty high and its so much money
