Sleeping is the most important 9-10h, 8 minimum, dont stay up late, if u could dont eat 2h before bed but 1h could work too just know that the more the better, some ppl do 3h. stretching yes, decompressing ur spine maybe before going out (deadhangs until ur forearms cant take it anymore, for more height works fabulously), see more guides here, about hgh idk anything for it, i personally cant inject shit so i use mk677 but know that hgh is far more better, see guides on it.
Also good diet, calcium (as u said od on milk, thats good but make sure the milk ur drinking isnt filled with hormones cuz that can close ur growth plates and make u short for ever unless 150k and surgery and no walking anymore), raw milk ontop but dont od, under 1.5L daily is ok from what ive heard but imo 1L is safer.

idk about dha and omega 3 in milk but i just know that dha is what makes women curvy, omega 3 in milk sounds weird to me. Ask someone else on that sorry, but yes it should say organic, if its raw it will say raw plus its super rare to find at grocery stores so just ask ur parents to get u they could know about a local farm.Btw this is the brand of milk I have been drinking, I’m not sure if it’s raw milk but it says it’s organic, I’m not really sure on what’s good and what’s not
