any quick morning debloat method other than potassium and water?

I've found that my morning facial bloat doesn't go away as fast as other people's when drinking water or eating a banana so idk

you should wake up debloated

if you're not have less sodium before bed, and lose weight

Yeah bruh there ain’t no quick trick, the key to having a “Debloated” face can only be done at low body fat (<10%). To be Debloated in 24 hours time, for the next 20 hours have a 3:1 potassium- sodium ratio (6000:2000) and about 4-6L water. Use lo salt and bananas and any appetite suppressant techniques you want. Then after that, for 4 hours just stop all water and food and do any techniques to flush water retention (sauna, cardio, gym, diuretics). Then after 24 hours you’re debloated x
