I have seen a lot of claims on the internet about ways to get rid of eyebags/teartroughs, such as volufiline, spoon method, dermarolling, caffiene drops, etc, yet I have not seen any "before and afters" along with a bunch of people claiming it did nothing for them. Mine ruin my face in certain lighting and makes me look like a serial killer. I'm giving up and opting for concealer for now. If anyone finds a way to fix them, i'd like to see hard evidence for it.

How about trying one and seeing if it works for you?

ive done volufiline with no real results from it, though I probably need to be more consistent with it. But my skepticism is the fact that I havent seen anyone fix these issues.

The only method that worked for me was sleeping 8+ hours and make sure you do every day if not more hours maybe a high melatonin dose or try and get prescribed quetiapine or buy off India mart if you struggle sleeping or staying asleep

The only way to get rid of shallow tear troughs is through adding volume which can only be achieved through a few ways: collagen injection (suneKOS), blepharoplasty, or hyaluronic acid filler. However, suneKOS works well for older people who have lost collagen over the years, not younger people. Volufilline is cope, dermarolling / microneedling and retinoids won't catalyze the amount of collagen required to fill in a sunken tear trough and even if you did use it, the skin is so shallow in this area of the face that you could only use <5mm for needling which is redundant when seeking volume. Eye bags are just puffiness which can be eliminated through cold therapy like the spoon and caffeine is a vasodilator which will only constrict the under eye veins, reducing the appearing of dark / blueish skin. Best bet is a tiny bit of filler to avoid migration + overfilling or blepharoplasty.
