Trying to see what users here have tried and their experience/thoughts.
I have severe eating issues and start shaking and feeling dead when I try to cut to like 1.5 k calories but can eat like 4k in a meal jfl
Thinking about glp1 and retatrutide right now since i desperately need to cut weight and am just hoping 1.5k is low enough
