I use red light therapy...I have 3 660nm grow lights from Amazon that I clipped on a lampstand. It is boring to stand there...I have noticed some very small changes in skin texture, hardly noticeable honestly, but have seen increase in horniness after.

Interestingly a study just came out that shows if you apply green tea to the skin then do red light therapy results come 10 times faster

Use the one from Gembared, which covers a few different nm ranges. Primarily on my face, 15 mins per day. Price was worth it to avoid EMF exposure. Began noticing results after about 1 month. Texture of skin appears tighter and healthier (better coloring). Began contracting at a company I used to work for. One of the managers asked, "Do you ever age?". That's all I got for anecdotes.

Also built the helmet from OverMachoGrande, though this was a gift to my parents for Alztheimers prevention.

Will be testing post dermaneedle session as soon as the Derminator arrives, so pretty invested at this point.
