Any side affects of accutane?

I don’t have bad acne but wanna get rid of it asap (my gut health is as good as i can get it btw so fuck up about that)

i expereinced dry skin, dry lips, nose bleeding, joint and heel pain (couldn't walk more than a 5-7 kilometres), skin became more prone to scars.
Definitely not jewish lie, i believe side effects rate is understated in studies and in the instructions for the drug

i had severe acne, so it's only way. I'm still have some acne, definitely milder than before, but acutane didn't became a magic pill for me, as for many others, probably I'll do second course, not sure. If you have moderate acne with comedones for the most part - try topical solutions first (tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid, you should combine at least two of them)
