Are they actually benefitial? Was considering buying them but still not sure
 
basically don't overdose zinc, copper, magnesium, or potassium, about everything else that I can think of is pretty safe from side effects

Excess iron is damaging especially for males

Don't overdose and you will be fine.
Only had issue to sleep when I took 70k UI of vit d in one take.

why would u do that?
Excess iron is damaging especially for males
Excess iron is mostly from lack of Vitamin A, Mg and u need to consider bioavailability of copper. Otherwise there will be no iron metabolism and iron will accumulate in liver and cause further damage

your heart fucking up if you forget to drink your extra quart of water when ur blood is at a more saturated point

Vitamin D3: much less joint pain
K2 (MK4 45mg / MK7 200mcg): much less joint pain and development of browridge + clavicle growth
All B Vitamins: mogs coffee and gives ideal metabolism of food and consistent energy levels
Vitamin C: also energy and less rough skin (stimulates collagen production)
Zinc: less frequent urination and cumming bigger loads, better immune system and sleep at night
