fwhr cannot be raised by softmaxxing only bulking may increase it but you may look bloated so the only solution for naturally is lean bulk and the increase is very minor(mark as sol.plz)

there are only two real softmaxing options for raising fwhr, either increase byzgowidth through temporary lateral cheekbone fillers. though this filler placement can be a hit or miss imo. or lower the distance from glabella to upper lip through a lip lift. anything else requires surgery

why? fwhr is calculated by the byzgo width / distance from between the middle part of eyebrows (glabella) to the upper lip. the nasion is the indentation below it
