Title. Have some of you successfully gotten bigger wrists and forearms with exercises and/ or hgh injections with exercises like wrists curles farmers carries, etc...
I can't really cope with having undimorphic hands and forearms and I'm willing to do anything about it (I know it won't increase bone circumference by a significant degree but I know it can work cause I myself have 1 cm thicker wrists on my right arm because of playing tennis).

Have't done it myself (tho im planning on starting soon) but pigmie made a youtube video on how he successfully thickened his wrists

I have nothing to lose tbh. Might inject hgh aswell it's brutal

dont do that yet lol. how big are your wrists? mine aren't great myself but im only gonna consider mk (never hgh, that shits too expensive and risky imo) after trying literally everything else (including stuff in the video). even then, prolly not gonna hop on

right is a tiny bit above 6inch and the other below ( so over tbh). The problem with mk is the diabetes side effects and I can't afford bloodwork. I was thinking of peptides but again I need to resarch stuff. Thank good I have good clavicles and ribcage.

naturally , i just did wrist curls and reverse wrist curls , i grew my wrist by like 2 inches and forearm rn is 12inches
how many reps per day? I heard a lot of volume is required but holy shit if you're not trolling me 2 inches is actually insane there's no way. Will try anyway
 
forearm are so easy to grow like just do if you want to maximise it the sam sulek forearm workout go on tiktok to find

You can get them online but hgh is still the best option but again insanely expensive so not an option. If I manage to go to 7 inches I'll be happy af

yeah i do alot of volume on them i do like 30 reps x 3 sets with 35lb/15kg dumbells , my forearm is stronger not just bigger now too i beat ppl in armwrestling double my weight and can do pullups on my doorframe

also, make sure that youre not compressing your skin when you measure your wrist. the tailor's tape should be tight enough to not have any looseness or any gaps, but also shouldn't feel like it has a vice grip on your wrist if ykwim

I know, but if you develop the muscle around it wouldn't it make it thicker (not the bone ofc or maybe through many years of training via Wolff's law)

sound like youre abt 16 (or in the middle of puberty) based on other stuff uve said in this thread. if so just wait and see if puberty makes ur wrists grow. dont risk fucking up your hormones for life bc you listened to unscientific autists tell you that its over for you because of a trait that absolutely zero women will care about

easy to grow forearm but my wrist always stays skinny unless i fatmaxx
 
nvm just saw that youre 21. even then if ur in the middle of puberty somehow id just wait it out and try to capitalize on that. look at other threads on natural hormone optimization - thats prolly a lot safer

You genuinely put your full faith in a massive influencer, and dont have any thoughts of the possibility of him duping you? All his videos are meant to be easy to consume but hardly informative with no actual conclusive end. He does everything in 30 day increments at most and only judges change on how he looks with no actual muscle testing. Hes a normie channel that you shouldnt take his physiological experiments as end all be alls. Youre better off watching someone who can interpret studies

But im still in puberty (16.5) so its work like 12x better on me

how big are they. Man I'm considering so hard. I don't reallt care about facial bones just physique and wrists hands at this point jfl
