Any suggestion regarding de tanning

Im ethic but had a white skin and had a good colouring but i tanned a lot in this october by watching goatis and other primals so my skin kinda fucked up and now people calling me indian sum shii which im not pls tell me how to remove it give me genuine advice

how much dod you tan? daily like an hour? i want to tan in the summer but im white and nordic and just dont want to be pale

More than a hour. i sugesst tan like 30 min max more than 30 its just bullshit i sat around 2hrs in sun now everyone calling me shitskinned ( rep me)

so like 30 one side 30 one side = 1hr a day but if i do it everyday im making progress atleast slight

Hmm i tanned my face only but you can just sit on chair without any back support so your body gets whole tan and dont waste many time on sun
