Any suggestions to improve eye area?

I know I have negative canal tilt and scleral show which can be fixed with a canthoplasty in the future. I also recently started using Volufiline on my under eyes and above my upper eyelids (even though I'm pretty sure it's bs). Any other suggestions on ways to improve my eye area whether it's softmaxing or hardmaxing?

I just recently got custom IOR implants which helped improve the side-profile, but hadn't made much of a difference from the frontal view. These pics are from before the IOR implants as my midface is still swollen and I haven't taken any pics recently

$34k in NY. It was combined with cheek implants and a custom wrap-around jaw implant. I plan on posting the results in a couple of months when the swelling completely subsides

Richcel lol. Not by any means. It took a large portion of my savings, but it was worth it. I'm gonna be in $500k of debt when I got to med school anyways so fuck it

Who was your dr ?

Dr. Phillip Miller. Honestly, great surgeon. Much better than Epply in my experience, although, much of the implant design came from my own research, he grounded me to make sure I didn't look absurd and my results were natural. He gives you a lot of flexibility with the design too

Your eye area was already correct before surgery. Don't fall for the trap bro and work other important aspects

Did the infra implants not fix your NCT? So you won’t need a canthoplasty? I thought that was what gave someone NCT

Lol, unfortunately not. There is much more to NCT than IOR alone

Nah. My ipd is ideal. Iv had it measured for glasses. It looks somewhat close in one pic, but it's fine
