Any surgeries to increase lower third vertically?

I have a large forehead and small midface and well as a good wide jaw, the problem is i need a longer lower third to offset the middle and forehead

the best one availiable is chin wing osteotomy, but i would recommend a mini wing surgery complemented with a jaw angle implant with downward expansion, since the jaw angle sometimes is reabsorbed in common chin wings.

I asked the surgeon about it and he said I don't need it
I have a decent chin but my jaw is recessed, he said the chin will stick out with the jaw advancement that's why he offered a vertically genio
