What's the difference between MSDO and IMDO?
I’m new to this and still learning. I have read up and jaw angle implants or super bimax like @thinwhiteduke suggested are your options. If you have a weak chin you could also get a sliding genioplasty with jaw angle implants.
MSDO widens the chin and front incisors at the lower jaw, while IMDO works by extending the entire lower jaw horizontally and saggitally (bigonial distance and length).
What do you mean with flaring?
Weren’t you supposed to have roped already?
The mandible is a little bit flexibel and they can apperently bend it at the gionios outwards
