Taurine significantly alleviated testis toxicity from Nandrolone in mice. This led some bodybuilders to suggest its usage on cycle for testis protection but I've never heard of anyone actually trying.
HCG is absolutely good enough, but being a fake natty while on it is tough because any pregnancy test (literal HCG detector) can blow your cover (only other explanation to a positive result from a man's urine is aggressive testicular cancer).
