I'm getting custom cheek/IOR implants and a wrap-around jaw implant at the end of August. I attached the design that the surgeon has initially proposed to me, but I'm not too happy with it. I feel like it could potentially make my face look rounded/bloated and possibly even more assymtric. The picture with the measurements has the design centered away from the center of my teeth. I understand that my teeth could just be misaligned despite the years of orthodontic treatment. I also have thick soft tissue, so I feel that having the rounded jaw angles will only make my face look worse. I heard that having exaggerated, sharp angles could help with that. I also know that the right side of my jaw is shorter, so I'm glad that they compensated for that in the design, but it also makes the left side of my jaw much more projected (8mm) even though the left side of my jaw already looks like it's more projected than the right in real life. I also don't know if the cheeks are projected enough or if the chin is tall enough. Any suggestions on what changes should be made, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I plan with meeting with him soon to discuss these changes.
I attached pictures of what I look like now too.
