books and youtube will not assist you in any way in this regard
what appears as total neurodivergence may just be excessive isolation, screen time and a lack of social experience or extroversion
if desperate there are certain drugs and even alcohol you can avail of
women are more easier to talk to compared to men in reality as they lack the masculine traits of pursuing interests, life, and are really empty animals
if you look good or are tall, you may be confident or speak freely to them, as they will desire you for such a quality
the submission of women to you, and their desire of you, as a consequence of the aforesaid, will be the foundation for the improvement of social ability, as it will draw motivation to speak more
most people are nd to some extent, the appearance of nt is just their outgoing nature
if it is impossible for you to achieve an adequate physical appearance, then work at a restaurant, attend school, and drive yourself to participate in conversations, the primary obstacle for many in recovering from prolonged social ineptitude is lack of courage

Well if you are not lying with IQ IT should be easy i just avoid taking with ppl i have some "friend" group but i hate them they keep making fun of me but at least for the mass i am nt
