Get sunlight everyday for cicrcadian cycle,go to the gym more often(prioritize runing and cycling or cardio in general),fix your sleep and diet, eat capsaicin rich foods to stimulate androgen receptors,try enrolling in a swimming club(LOTS of benefits from that,if you're going to leanmaxx(highly recomended) then get started on a high protein diet,fix posture,mew(for ccw rotation),breathe on your nose.

Also never give up and stay consistent and disciplined(most important advice)
