Any tips for deabloat? and fixing uneven lips

Like a year ago i noticed my lips are uneven and i am bloated asf even tho i am skinny, i am starting to wonder am i sodium bloated or do i have just too much face fat?

do a water fast for a day and see if it changes anything, one full day when you wake up until you go to sleep
