I am going to don the task of removing every single piece of hair from my body except the important ones (DUHHH NIGGA) like my head hair, eye brows, lashes etc.

you can only laser it off. It'll cost a decent sum for all the body if you're really hairy. It'll still cost if you're not that hairy to begin with. I'd recommend just trimming the body hair & lasering face.
