You can always hop on ghk-cu and accutane

But just fixing up diet should fix this your skin isn't that bad

a simply skincare routine (gentle cleanser, simple moisturizer) and then throw in either adapalene or tret depending on how sensitive your skin is.

Azelaic acid alone won’t fix the issue. But it’s great combined with adapalene.
