How fix it
Lose fat hard with less food and more cardio to drop the double chin and neck puffiness
Fix posture by keeping head up and shoulders back instead of slouching forward
Lift weights heavy focusing on neck and traps to build muscle there and fill out the area That’s the main stuff simple and it works if you stick to it now like both my comments
