You get used to it nigga you cant focus 1 hours suddenly. Just keep working you can go to library for not distracted

remove all the distractions from your proximity, let's say as an example your phone and with notifications. so you would just turn off notifs and put your phone away to somewhere you can't see it

you could put on lofi music , be relaxed while reading

also keep in mind if you're studying something youre genuinely interested in then that should motivate you to read more and you'd actually want to keep reading. so if you have some shit from school to do studying for, try finding a reason to like whatever the subject is and thinking of how it could be useful for you in the future

I dont think its a big exam you are going to write so i wouldnt recommend taking meds.
