I wanna gain weight im 50kg 1.70cm 14 year old (at the start of puberty) .I dont wanna take Mk 677 before Puberty is Finished . Any Tips please reply

Clean or dirty?
dirty: eat 50 burgers a day
clean: track nutrients,vitamins and make sure you hit your need for all those then you can eat a burger to go over maintenance calories
like 300-500 calories over

Yea i guess so im trying my best i gained 3 kg in 3 weeks but its incosistent and i sometimes lose them im 50kg rn for my height i wanna be atleast 65

Then your not tracking properly. I mean look you didnt specify what type of weight you wanna gain so if you wanna gain any type of weight just eat everything in sight. Your almost guranteed to gain weight then you only dont if you have a tapeworm or someshit

How do i know if i have it
It was a joke but "abdominal pain, nausea, weight loss, and seeing worm segments in your stool" are the usual symptoms
you prob shouldnt worry abt it tho

I checked and i dont have it at first sight also im gaining weight rn
 
Eat in a calorie surplus

fr bro youre still growing you got plenty of time to pack on the pounds just make sure you're eating enough protein and lifting weights consistently youre gonna make it dude

Yes im doing it i go to the gym 3x a week and 1x bouldering
